
4 lbs. of leg Lamb
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2 -3 cloves mashed Garlic
2 Lemon
2 tablespoons Oregano
and pepper Salt

Wipe the meat with a damp clothand put it in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add remaining ingedients, cover and cook slowly for about 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender. Serve with fried potatoes. |
